Just practical work-based projects with short answer questions.

Impero Constructions is paying for this so no costs to you and no HECS debt.
THE FRAMEWORK
The training will utilise the framework of a Certificate IV in Business, ensuring your professional development is fully accredited, recognised nationally and count towards any future tertiary studies you may wish to pursue.
In collaboration with our training partners and senior management at Impero, we have designed this to:
- Provide solutions for real challenges we face in current and future projects.
- Give you the tools and skills you need to excel in your role.
- Cause minimal disruption to your busy schedule (3 hours every 6 weeks).
- Foster a team learning environment to leverage everyone’s unique experience.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN
The training will build on your existing knowledge and improve operational alignment within your role.
